Monitoring

The subnet has been recovered on a different set of nodes. The nodes upgraded successfully and syncing the state. We are monitoring the situation.

Identified

The subnet x4jtx stalled at the upgrade as 3 nodes are slow to upgrade.

The DFINITY team is investigating the issue. An NNS vote might be required to resolve the issue. If so, the DFINITY team will submit a proposal and ask the community to vote swiftly.
